In this role, the selected candidate will
involve direct supervision of a production team, managing and meeting daily production goals and collaborating with other departments to improve productivity, increase efficiency and resolve process issues that may arise.
This position will coordinate, direct and control all activities relative to the safe and efficient operation of a multifaceted facility that includes rail operations and automotive loading and unloading to and from railcars.
Overseeing the work of the department person is also responsible for quality control documentation, maintenance of standard operating procedures, and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will have prior experience as a technologist in the cytology department as well as prior indirect/direct supervisory experience.
Performs advanced/specialized tests and other related laboratory techniques. May duplicate work of others to confirm test results. Re-evaluates methodology, makes recommended changes and assists in test interpretation. Determines if further testing should be done on samples or if test should be repeated.
This position is responsible for serving as a designated functional lead with oversight of the day to day activities of their operations and team members. Provides management support to plan, organize and lead resources with assigned team members.
The Corporate Tax Supervisor is responsible for assisting in tax compliance, tax research, tax audits, and tax planning. The individual will be ensuring compliance with tax laws, working with management to develop tax planning strategies and working with tax software and other programs to streamline the tax function.
The Supervisor must be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively individually or in team setting with minimum supervision. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring resources, engagement status and deliverables and must have experience interacting with executive management.
