The Clinical Manager responsibilities include providing leadership for and management of the clinical service area. The service area will be centered on the care of the patients on a continuum related to a patient care event. Responsibilities include clinical, financial, environmental and employee related functions of the service area.
In this role, you will retain, develop and guide client service team members by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum 3-5 years of service management experience related to heavy construction equipment on the dealer/distributor side of the business including experience with full P&L responsibilities.
