The Sr IT Business Analyst (BA) will analyze and synthesize information provided by multiple IT and business stakeholders at varying levels and is responsible for eliciting the actual needs of the business.

In this role, you will review of systems requirements to write test plans and scripts, track and facilitate defect resolution, and apply analytical problem solving skills by collaborating with business and technical staff throughout the testing process.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze detail systems factors; including input and output requirements; information flow; hardware and software requirements; and reliability characteristics.
In this role, you will develop, establishes, and applies quality assurance testing practices and measures for highly complex software throughout the development/product lifecycle in alignment with System, Bank, department, and industry standards.
In this role, you will be responsible to work with IT on system enhancements and implementations, which includes activities such as documenting processes, helping to design workflows, testing, and troubleshooting issues after implementation.
