In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for determining the nursing issues for an assigned group of patients/residents, making plans to handle them, initiating the plan or assigning others to implement it, and evaluating the extent to which the plan was effective in resolving the issues identified.
This GN/RN provides care in the following patient care settings: acute care, operating room, behavioral health, womens, critical care or emergency care to patients with acute, chronic, and/or terminal illnesses. Performs an assessment based on the patients diagnosis, reason for entry into the system, and care needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing general nursing care to patients as necessary for office treatment; instructing patients and family regarding medications and treatment instructions.
