In this role, you will be responsible for coordination of the patient's care and services. Promotes quality care using a collaborative process that coordinates, monitors, and evaluates services according to the needs of patients.
In this role, you will plan and provides comprehensive nursing care including, but not limited to, executing Licensed Independent Providers orders, dispensing and administering medications, and assisting Licensed Independent Provider in examinations and treatment of patients.
The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that the patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising LPNs and CNAs on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
