In this role, you will be responsible for
collaborating with the Operations and Quality Engineers to: Complete root cause analysis / casual factor analysis (CFA) for non-conforming (NC) items and to identify, evaluate, elect and implement the appropriate corrective action plan to eliminate / mitigate the recurrence of non-conformances.
In this role, the selected candidate formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other staff managers to maximize product quality and minimize costs.
In this role, you will ensure standard laboratory methods are implemented and training records are current for all laboratory colleagues, implement new technologies to align with corporate initiatives.
