Partners with the business leaders to understand their strategic objectives. Designs, supports and executes on people initiatives such as engagement, change management, leadership development, recruitment, retention strategies and organization effectiveness in support of the business goals and objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible to manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate Human Resources or Payroll Department.
In this position, you will act as a strategic partner, advising business leaders on the development of the business group(s) plans and programs, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people. Analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention/engagement, and team member experience.
