In this role, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Partner with business leaders on multiple human resource issues, including the following: policies, legislation, processes, and practices; evaluation and development of personnel, annual reviews, and compensation plans.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support to the Sr. Director, Talent Management which includes leading and managing various talent-related projects such as the Corporate-wide talent review and assessment programs, culture initiatives, leadership development program, the SPX college graduate rotational program, etc.
