In this role, you will assist managers in addressing performance issues; provide guidance on effective coaching and counseling. When necessary, work with managers to outline appropriate disciplinary steps.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for both operational and technical personnel duties in the areas of entering personnel information in Payroll/HRIS systems, benefit administration, compliance, administrative duties and back-up to payroll department.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Benefits Manager to coordinate on-site events: flu shots, health risk-assessments, wellness, etc. Assist with benefit communications especially during annual open enrollment.
