Our Geologists are responsible for environmental site assessments, bedrock and soil logging, monitoring well installation and development, development of soil and groundwater sampling plans, data analysis, site remediation, operation.
In this role, the selected candidate must be capable of drafting and responding to discovery, maintaining and organizing legal files, requesting and organizing medical, employment and other records, preparing medical chronologies, preparing basic pleadings and documents, and assisting with trial preparation.
In this role, you will be responsible for specifying the mechanical equipment to conform to the thermal cycle and integrating the equipment together and coordinate with the other engineering disciplines to complete the design of the facility.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide administrative support to a department or group of professionals, including but not limited to filing, scanning, calendar management, faxing, preparing and distributing documents, and photocopying.
In this role, you will ability to work closely with the General Counsel, Senior Paralegal, sales team, operations team and customers to keep all of them both apprised as to the progress of required documents.
In this role, you will include a large variety in size and complexity located locally, nationally and internationally. Design aspects typically include demolition, site layout, grading, drainage, utilities and pavement design with opportunities for short term field assignments during construction.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for having competence in the depth and quality of tasks performed. It requires excellent judgment and planning, and the ability to make wise choices from competing alternatives.
