In this role, the selected candidate will provide assistance and consultation in the designing, testing, installation and maintenance of electrical equipment or machinery and production of detailed schematics and analysis of both existing and new systems.
The primary purpose of the Automation Controls Engineer is to provide automation support for the facility in the electrical, instrumentation and controls disciplines primarily for batch, continuous processes and packaging systems.
In this position, you will provide technical assistance in appropriate assigned field. Evaluates and makes recommendations regarding technological advances that improve productivity and quality, reduces flowtime and enhance operational surety.
The person in this position will be primarily responsible for the engineering and design of building electrical systems (lighting, power, and limited special systems) for facilities such as K-12 and higher education, healthcare, hospitality and commercial buildings.
In this role, you will analyze equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization and other reliability techniques.
In this role, you will conduct engineering cost, feasibility and planning studies analyzing customer needs and data including researching, investigate and coordinate with other engineers, and providing recommendations to the customer.
