The Manager for Clinical Excellence facilitates the development of the spirit of inquiry, critical thinking, and skills synthesis and promotes the contribution of nursing to patient and institutional outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for for work assignment and daily operations; evaluate performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions; resolve problems in clinical areas and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
In this role, the selected candidate oversees data validation efforts, including plan and report generation, staff training, validation oversight and corrections, manages DSMB/CECs, including member identification/qualification, SOP and Plan development, meeting preparation, management and follow-up.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist the Director in maintaining nursing standards and supporting competent practice of unit staff; support quality, safe patient care, efficient operations and personnel needs while assuring a high degree of customer service, evidence based practice and responsible stewardship of resources.
In this role, you will ensure a strong communication and educational process with facility staff, Area Manager, Business Unit, Regional and Corporate office personnel, including communication of FMS area, regional and corporate initiatives and policies and procedures to staff.
