In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience working in a middle market manufacturing context, with exposure to mergers and acquisitions in their background, and experience providing "hands-on" leadership for the finance and accounting team.
The CFO position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Responsible for the administration and management of the finance/accounting department and the overall financial functions of the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, payroll, accounts payable, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting and cost reporting.
Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced hospital operating costs, and increased revenues.
