This Business Banking position typically manages a loan portfolio of $10MM to $30MM. The candidate will serve as the relationship manager between the customer and other areas of the Bank in resolving customer problems and meeting customer needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide full range of business banking services to clients with an emphasis on loan and deposit business products, with a goal of earning 100% of the clients business.
Individual should have completed a formal credit training program which covers credit underwriting and financial analysis, sales and marketing, and commercial bank products. Position will require a minimum of four years of banking experience with a middle market commercial bank. Individual should have experience interfacing with commercial bank clients, developing and maintaining a prospect list, managing a middle market commercial portfolio, and cross-selling commercial bank products.
