Ensures that the product development process abides by all defined cross-disciplined standards, meets the intent and letter of Phased Review Discipline and all compliance and regulatory needs of the applicable markets.
Coordinate technical project and program development of large-scale, distributed hardware and software applications, systems, platforms, services, or technologies throughout the complete hardware development lifecycle.
Developing project schedules, managing team resources, creating work breakdown structures, estimating size and effort for new development projects, as well as developing detailed requirements for these projects.
Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with the Field leadership, Field Enablement, PMO, Marketing, Services, Business Development, and Engineering teams. Translate business needs into training offerings and programs.
Build and run, with the team, the release master plan (schedule, dependencies, risks, etc.). Use your technical background and product knowledge to proactively identify risks, issues and drive their resolution.
Responsible for a variety of tasks that including: define, lead, and track cross-functional team programs, evaluate and continuously improve programs. You will be expected to lead teams through the formulation and execution of program strategies and plans.
You will lead the agile/scrum practice along with other scrum masters/TPMs to lead sprint teams into successful completion of sprints. You will also work with product owners and product managers to facilitate conversations within and outside of the sprint teams.
