As a Senior Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for one or more customers helping to plan, debug, and oversee ongoing operations of business critical applications.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the central resource to support design wins, qualification process, and support through volume ramp/manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to volume production.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging our reseller partners on new products, requirements, and issue management, and the individual will have a vital role in ensuring that our partners integrations are functioning optimally.
In this role, you will work with cutting edge machine learning algorithms on large datasets. Your team will need to build Amazon scale applications running on Amazon Cloud that both leverage and create new technologies to process large volumes of data that derive patterns and conclusions from the data.
