Interacting with GlobalProduct Managers, TPS teams, Engineering, and customer users is key to thisprocess. Managing regular communication with the customer on status is alsorequired.
Establish, maintain, optimize, and grow relationships with technical leads at our client organizations; act as a client advocate and project manager for new marketplace launches and ongoing marketplace technical support.
The Regional Technical Sales Manager is a highly visible position which sells our standard products and custom capabilities in an assigned territory directly to customers. This individual will spend the majority of their time on customer visits in the region, presenting and demonstrating Edmund Optics products and capabilities.
Define and develop new customers in focus markets within the Region, plan a strategy and develop relationships to establish the initial sale.
Engage with customer Engineering groups to capture new design opportunities.
