In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with partner groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
In this role, you will develop an appropriate strategy with the hiring manager to attract the right candidates to the role. Identifies creative strategies that will enhance efforts to meet hiring targets and goals.
We are searching for recruiting coordinators with experience either in-house or staffing background, with preference of having either a creative background or interest in sourcing for design, copywriting, marketing, production roles.
This position will report to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for all corporate staff with a special emphasis on non-profit agencies and operations positions.
In this role, you will contribute to the Permanent Placement department by filling permanent placement reqs from branches in the region as well as building your own desk by targeting organizations in the market and filling those positions with high quality talent that have proven accomplishments.
The work shall consist of documentation review, preparation of special reports, providing recommendations for program improvements, preparing and / or reviewing technical documentation, preparing presentation material, preparing briefing documents, and providing administrative support as necessary for resolution of identified procedural problems.
Use effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates including - employee referral, recruiting boards, internet, social media, and industry and community organizations to build a strong diverse talent pool.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
Partner with corporate and site managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience ( internal and / or external ), time frames, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will be participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
