Develop proactive corporate media relations strategy to secure coverage for our company, executives, and other initiatives to support our efforts around innovation in sight and sound, research labs and community relations.
Responsible for developing programs and materials of the highest standard that support communications metrics and align with business priorities. Develop a plan that will include a mix of regular intra-group communications channels and approaches, and a consistent calendar of communications to ensure that CBGs message is reflected in bank-wide communications.
Serve as a point person for customer-facing crises and issues (e.g., service outages, major product bugs, etc.) working closely with public relations, field communications, business unit and legal stakeholders. Provide fast and effective responses and counsel on messaging and response channels.
Oversee publicity teams for both internal and external partners to collaboratively develop, manage and implement strategic communication plans for both the Star Wars publishing program and the games team. For publishing, this ranges across categories such as fiction novels, non-fiction, comic books, activity books and more with over X different partners. For games, this includes mobile, console and PC games working with across multiple partners, both external and internal.
The ideal candidate will be a strategist, innovator and excellent storyteller, and will have a positive, can-do attitude, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the group. He or she will be an individual contributor initially, and will be expected to deliver results through others who do not report to him/her.
Collaborate with designers, solution marketers, sales professionals, external influencers, and campaign teams to strategize, plan, write, and produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our prospects.
