This position is accountable for project managing the planning for technical infrastructure and applications for newly acquired remote facilities, along with coordinating and assisting in the installation, maintenance, documentation, troubleshooting and analysis of all systems.
The main purpose of this position is to provide support to the Global Accounts team and the leader of Global Accounts Strategy in various capacities. This includes managing sales materials, coordinating planning meetings & workshops, note taking, and monthly sales meeting presentations.

In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and manage all logistics, schedules, and other activities for leadership programs to ensure high quality programs are delivered on schedule and on/under budget; and implement processes and/or improvements to ensure successful and sustainable deployment of programs.
The successful candidate will be technically proficient in US healthcare from both compliance, plan design and vendor management. Proven experience in managing medical, dental, vision, EAP, FSA and HSA programs.
