The Office Administrator will report to the Chief Operating Officer and local Office Managing Partner. All secretarial, para-professional staff and department supervisors report to the Office Administrator, other than for those functions under the supervision of a Partner or Chief.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate activities of general business activities including accounting and clerical functions of a branch such as: accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, receiving, order entry, billing, payroll and reception.
As our Office Manager, your primary goals will be to keep the office humming, support the executives, and assist with bookkeeping. Specific functions range from basic office organization, organization of digital documents, responding to general e-mails received, and setting appointments, to simple computer support and helping the execs with a variety of tasks.
In this role, you will ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and legal requirements as they relate to the proper handling, storage and destruction of confidential data and customer information.
In this role you will provide consistent, informative communication to staff regarding hr programs, policies, and events. Serve as liaison with marketing and communications team and it team for internal/external communication efforts and overall hr staff support.
This position provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing all Medicare and Medi-cal audit adjustments and coordinating as well as initiating the filing of Medicare and Medi-Cal appeals to preserve the rights of appeals for all entities and to ensure proper Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement for each entity.
