In this role, you will support all aspects of construction licensing and compliance, including researching compliance criteria, preparing construction licensing and compliance documents, and working with state and local officials on an ongoing basis.

The position will work closely with the transaction legal team on all aspects and stages of large real estate and land use transactions and would be responsible for the preparation, assembly and verification of all documentation necessary to complete the transaction.

assists attorneys in answering interrogatories; interviews clients and reduces answers to writing; reviews work with attorneys and prepares answers in final form. Obtains, reviews and summarizes medical records at the direction of trial attorneys and has them reviewed by experts as necessary.
