The HR Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
The Human Resources representative is responsible for supporting and driving human resources initiatives at the facility. This position will assist in administering policies, new hire orientations, recruiting, training, workforce development, and employee and labor relations. This position reports to the Business Unit HR Manager.
The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
Analysts who clearly identify various courses of action to develop and implement process improvement, while understanding the upstream and downstream implications of decisions and anticipates potential areas of concern.
Coordinate with international site HR leaders on client matters and corporate programs (compensation reviews, short term incentive programs, stock allocation, engagement surveys, organizational development, talent acquisition).
The HR Business Partner serves as an internal business partner, delivering comprehensive HR programs, initiatives and solutions to the functional areas of the organization in support of key business strategies.
This position is responsible for assisting the HR Consultants on HR outsourcing and driving functions such as, payroll administration, on boarding, off boarding, and other projects for a portfolio of interesting and diverse clients.
Responsible for managing, tracking, closing and reporting progress on HR issue resolution; coordinates with broader HR teams (HRBP, HRC, COEs and/or country HR managers as appropriate) to ensure issues are resolved.
The Recruiter/Department admin will source for candidates, conduct phone screens with candidates, and submit resumes directly to line managers for review, schedule candidates for interview with line managers, book conference rooms and conduct references once candidate has been selected for offer.
