The Product Marketing Manager for Global Accounts is responsible for driving segment growth for company Talent Solution (LTS) largest segment, by leading the product marketing strategy and execution for the launch of new solutions, narratives and products to our largest customers.
Responsible for defining, developing, and commercializing new projects (customers / applications) within the segment / application strategy, the ambition of the product line and focal points within segment and application.
Manage and improve the Sales Onboarding Program, including classroom facilitation, engaging learning activities, self-paced education, mentorship programs, coaching techniques and course accreditations to accelerate new sales hire ramp-up.
Define and lead a cross-functional process to align incentives with company's strategic and operational goals. Assess the performance of worldwide Sales resources against current goals (e.g. percent of reps achieving quota).
