In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to analyze and interpret financial trends and metrics to help drive strategic decision making such as headcount affordability, while assisting in implementing process, system and tool improvements that will make the marketing reporting more efficient.
Provides input and technical support for the design and development of database systems, including input screens, documentation, graphs and charts which are used to manage accounts and produce reports involving information from departments.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide continuous corporate-level, administrative management support and interaction with process owners to ensure SOX compliance by identification and design of internal controls to ensure accountability and risk-mitigation in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of the Companys external financial reporting deliverables, including quarterly and annual reporting (Form 10-Q and Form 10-K), other SEC filings (e.g. Form 8-K, Proxy) and other financial reporting as required.
Work with team to manage and support all phases of the expense financial planning process including consolidations. Create monthly expense reports/ P&Ls and provide variance analysis for management review.
The Payroll Analyst will ensure that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner for the Payroll Team. The role will focus on Canadian payroll operations, as well as working with the international teams to establish and maintain standardized processes, metrics and reporting, and special projects.
The Spending Analyst is responsible for delivering finance analysis in support of business unit opex operations. He/she will be working with the Business Unit controller staff to ensure that the organization delivers to its RD&E business commitments towards portfolio goals, as well as total opex spending including and analyses.
Evaluates and analyzes a variety of financial results and indicators such as capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
The Financial Business Analyst will assume a lead role in streamlining and improving processes around internal/external reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and the development of key performance indicators.
