In this role, the selected candidate will assist Accounting Department in preparing the annual operating budget, financial analysis, statistics, bench marking, costing, reporting, journal entries and other Accounting Department duties.
The Reporting Analyst I is part of the Analytics and Business Intelligence Division which provides data and analytic reports to our clients. The main accountabilities for this position include collecting, researching and interpreting data to help show the clearest picture in areas of managed care, billing accounts receivables, reimbursement and scheduling.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing quarter-end close activities, including posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and executing daily revenue transactions to ensure revenue is properly captured in the financial system.
In this role, you will utilize data from multiple sources; revise existing report programs to create reports or files; create basic new report or data extract programs; develop and implement programming for complex reporting request.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide continuous corporate-level, administrative management support and interaction with process owners to ensure SOX compliance by identification and design of internal controls to ensure accountability and risk-mitigation in a timely manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget; gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
The Payroll Analyst will ensure that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner for the Payroll Team. The role will focus on Canadian payroll operations, as well as working with the international teams to establish and maintain standardized processes, metrics and reporting, and special projects.
In this role, you will provide input to management, including department heads, operational managers, other departments, and senior management. The selected candidate will also be responsible for providing financial support for larger or more profitable departments and accounts.
