Evaluates and treats patients with acute, chronic complaints and health maintenance concerns; obtains complete histories and performs pertinent physical exams with assessment of normal and abnormal findings on new and return patients; performs or requests and evaluates diagnostic studies.
As our Executive Assistant you will do every day administrative functions like fundraising, event coordination, assisting the Executive Director, supervising the administrative tasks of intern-therapists and help us to streamline office processes.
Performs admission evaluation on patients to include: obtaining basic medical information and history, reviewing patient's medical record, performing physical exam, documenting findings into patient medical record, and reporting deviations from normal findings to attending physician.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for very heavy calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, expenses, international and domestic travel arrangemnts, and handling highly confidential informaiton.

The Staff Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant administers occupational therapy services as directed by a registered Occupational Therapist; does not perform evaluations. Performs duties assigned by the Director of Rehab or staff therapist(s).
