In this role, the selected candidate will perform analyses and recommend salary offers based on compensation practices by working with the Compensation and Benefits Manager; build candidate database using all methods of available sourcing.

The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships all while having FUN doing it!
