This position is accountable for the overall supervision of direct and indirect care of patients and families; participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of customer service, based on the family-centered care model.
S/he plans, directs, and coordinates the administration of patient care services to insure effective and efficient patient programs. S/he works effectively with other Nursing and ancillary departments to make sure the patient experience is both caring and cost-effective.
