In this role, the selected candidate will manage the Compensation and Benefits administrator and coordinate all aspects of the planning and administration of employee compensation and benefits; provide decision-making authority on compensation and benefit plans and issues.
The position will oversee the Compensation Analyst to forecast market based salary analysis, merit increases and collective bargaining wage implementation. The incumbent will be responsible for HR fiscal analysis and provide expert data and reports to leadership.
In this role, you will maintain benefit records and prepares documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage, including partnering with payroll, Allstate and the benefits center to drive effective execution of processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct competitive analysis and modeling for total rewards programs, including annual budget increases, competitive assessments of incentive trends and impacts, equity utilization, and financial impact modeling on incentive designs.
In this role, you will be providing leadership and guidance including directing and planning the work tasks, direct involvement with and/or responsibility for the hiring, coaching, developing, training, appraising and disciplinary processes of employees.
In this role, you will interface with team members, supporting client account executives, Willis Towers Watson executives, and sales producers. Account specific travel may be required. Retention is expected and new client revenue or rounding of accounts is encouraged.
In this role, the candidate will complete initial case evaluation by assessing injury/disability severity, treatment plans, functional abilities and physical job requirements and then establishes case-specific target return-to-work (RTW) dates.
