The Mid-level Software Engineer's role is to develop and maintain software throughout the software lifecycle (requirements analysis through maintenance); analyze and interpret technical data using statistical and mathematical methods and techniques.
The Developer/Architect must have the ability to work autonomously, in a team environment, with other contractor staff, and the Government customer. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the individual must have the ability to take initiative, to develop creative solutions, and to have a willingness to learn.
In this role, the selected candidate must be able to collect and organize detailed information; must have patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as willingness and ability to handle difficult situations.
