Provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. Responsible for administration and internal support of the Companys PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.
Responsible for the development of regulatory policies & procedures, secure process control network design, technical and design recommendations for the implementation of firewalls and other network security and compliance controls, and provides technical documentation of network traffic as well as firewall services and solutions.
Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data to inform population health efforts throughout Sanford. An ideal candidate will have a data analysis and public health/health sciences background.
Conduct compensation administration activities and processes and follow all human resources operations policies and procedures to ensure effective client support. Research, analyze, and resolve compensation issues or inquiries escalated by employee service center. Advise employee service center employees as needed when handling complex compensation transactions. Process accurate pay changes for employees including relevant documentation.
