Technical Support Analysts will work in a Tier 2 Microsoft based application support position for a 24x7 government program. They will work with the client on troubleshooting issues, triage defects, installing software and acting as a business analyst with individual projects to guide them through the sustainment process.
Participate in design-level discussions to provide recommendations on document and artifact deliverables based upon analysis of administrative, technical, and management aspects of information systems and associated services.
In this role, you will develop procedures for the solution of a variety of well - defined business problems, or for segments of complex and difficult problems or systems, and plans the processes necessary for computer solutions.
Responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
In this role, you will assist in communicating the solution to the customer. The selected candidate will develop and maintain a working knowledge of current hardware, software, firmware, processes, and tools.
