The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility and strategic goals of the unit.

Act as lead supervisor in ensuring the day-to-day activities of center operations are compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable federal and local regulations as well as HR policies. Advise management of ER issues or escalated donor issues.
Supervise the design, development and safety testing of biomedical equipment; ensure that the biomedical equipment is in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, implements quality control standards, maintains budget and vendor relationships.
Supervises and coordinates daily operation of production shift with responsibility for achieving maximum quality and cost effectiveness in an on-time and efficient manner. Actively participates in all areas of employment, performance evaluations, associate relations, and associate development while promoting total employee involvement.
