Responsible for the analysts, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of operating systems software; possesses a strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces and control languages.
Scoping the required effort for requested features; developing Linux and/or Windows test applications and/or drivers; verifying the intent of test content; and debugging any failures encountered when running the software.
Develops the necessary documentation for project storyboards, functional specifications, systems & end-user documentation through a process of meeting with customers and clients, documenting the requirements specified by those clients, and translating those requirements into technical documentation and specifications.
Acts as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
In the position of duck creek developer, you will be working within a team environment on their legacy modernization project. You will have a key focus on development and enhancement of their duck creek portals.
Support connecting data, building data models, and supporting users such as the Hearing Center of Excellence (HCE), National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE), and many other groups supporting DHA.
