The Director of Client Operations ensures Key and Core Clients are serviced in accordance with contractual obligations and to the highest levels of quality. This role will seek consent improvement of operations, establishing measures and benchmarks for each client.
Work with marketing and sales to determine what kind of information we need to analytically assess market opportunity. Information may include TAM, share of wallet, industry trends, new market opportunities, new products in the pipeline.
In this role, the candidate will interface with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, strategic marketing, channel marketing, and commercial excellence to set the marcom strategy and priorities for the business. The candidate will manage internal resources marcom generalists as well as creative, tradeshow, and demand gen resources to execute the strategies and initiatives that are critical to growing the business.
Plans and directs the operation of the assigned region in support the Key Performance Indicators. Develops common direction for the team. Sets priorities and makes team agenda and strategy clear to all team members.
