The primary role of the Director of Nursing in Training Position is to assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, the Medical Director, and/or the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Work with marketing and sales to determine what kind of information we need to analytically assess market opportunity. Information may include TAM, share of wallet, industry trends, new market opportunities, new products in the pipeline.
Lead, and be ultimately responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration, revenue and margin metrics, client satisfaction, product and client diversification, and ongoing compliance with regulatory, quality, accreditation, delegation, and contractual requirements of Company products and services;
The Sales Director is responsible for leadership, management and profitability of an assigned sales region, market or channel within WESCO. This job is responsible for consistently achieving sales and profitability goals through the direction, organization, coordination, communication and development of Field Sales, Inside Sales, and other sales professionals.
