The Director of Operations is accountable for the timely and effective planning, development and execution of all warehousing and transportation activities, development of operations staff, safety, security and maintenance of warehouse.
In this role, the candidate will interface with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, strategic marketing, channel marketing, and commercial excellence to set the marcom strategy and priorities for the business. The candidate will manage internal resources marcom generalists as well as creative, tradeshow, and demand gen resources to execute the strategies and initiatives that are critical to growing the business.
Plans and directs the operation of the assigned region in support the Key Performance Indicators. Develops common direction for the team. Sets priorities and makes team agenda and strategy clear to all team members.
