This position manages the customer process for the information systems component of the Companys business; performs project and change management; fosters and maintains ongoing client relationships; writes specifications for new development and system enhancements; performs integrated quality assurance testing, and configuration of systems.
In this role, you will work with the e-Permitting Governance Council, the various Health Regulations Bureaus, the Project Management Office, IT personnel, and vendor to coordinate and oversee all project management activities related to the implementation of e-Permitting software system.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry, having experience with Dynamics AX Finance and Trade & Logistics modules, as well as performing analyst duties such requirements gathering, GAAP analysis, training, and user support.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Responsible for coordinating w/ the e-Permitting Governance Council and the vendor in the assessment and development of business requirements/functional specifications for Health Regulation information systems.
Analyzing user and system requirements for new web interfaces and changes to existing systems, analyze systems for continuous improvement opportunities, design system architecture, coordinate with internal and external development and operations staff, and provide support to project manager on waterfall and agile/scrum projects.
