The Field Training team is focused on enabling consultants to learn the key business and selling skills to build their Pampered Chef business. You will own both the strategy and execution for field training and will work directly with Pampered Chef officers to recommend the best path forward.
The primary purpose of this position is to develop, organize, coordinate, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs designed to promote process consistency and sales and service excellence throughout the organization. This position will consult with assigned leaders to ensure all training programs drive efficiencies and effectiveness within the requirements of the various departments.
May lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals; guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organization.
This position is a regional-based field leadership position reporting directly to the Director of US OBU Learning & Performance (L&P). This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of Field Sales Trainers across the US focused on the Oncology Business Unit.
The DLS Production Manager is a critical role to the model responsible for ensuring that all programs and projects are moving through the operating process, meeting SLAs, adhering to standards and maintaining a solid quality assurance and testing record towards delivery.
Manage and support the collection of various performance metrics in an effort to identify areas of process improvement and systemic or individual weaknesses, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies on the training site.
This position is a regional-based field leadership position reporting directly to the Director of US INBU or BCBU Learning & Performance (L&P). This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of Field Sales Trainers across the US and focused on either the INBU or BCBU Business Units.
