Makes recommendations to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve existing technology. Analyzes costs of existing operations and prepares a cost/benefit analysis of recommended changes. Ability to identify areas of inconsistencies and work with business partners to solve the issues.
This position is responsible for developing and performing the clinical, non clinical, and systems training; new employee orientation; and integration of identified Quality Improvement activities into the training curriculum for the Medical Management department.
Responsible for supporting the learning and development needs of production staff through contributions to the team's ability to build the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve organic growth goals.
