The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for all first-level contact via chat, tickets, and e-mail support services to enable our customer base to successfully maximize the use of the seoClarity platform. Technical Support Analyst will also serve as a strategic advisor to customers and provide answers about product functionality related to the seoClarity platform.

The selected candidate will be responsible for on-going technical development support for peoplesofts supply chain applications including, but not limited to epro, purchasing, and inventory management.
In this role, you will make a measurable impact on clients business by managing and appropriately prioritize projects across the multiple accounts assigned to them. Accountable for account management and client-facing meetings w/ coached (low supervision) support.
The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between the business units and the technical team, translating business requirements into clear specification requirements for developers to use during development and for QA to use for test case writing. Strong communication and analysis skills are required along with the ability to work well with people.
The candidate should have a broad understanding of supply chain and PDM and will be able to provide solution to business process and requirements in terms of new design, configuration and business process change for implementation and/or extending of existing applications and will be able to lead IT process improvement initiatives.
