Lead, develop and drive the implementation of the strategic talent management objectives to attract, develop, select and retain engaged employees. Manage and develop a team of recruiters who will drive the internal and external recruiting processes for the company Medical Care.
Ensures recruiting and staffing processes and systems are aligned with strategic goals by: oversight of all recruiting policies and processes including but not limited to: referral program, rehire process, recruiting process, internship relocation process and applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with leadership, vendors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to create a partnership that drives success, predictable results and credibility.
