The Oracle Senior System Analyst position is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining business solutions, supporting day to day production issues in the Oracle EBusiness Suite and several other peripheral environments, assisting Business Analysts and participating in architecture and design initiatives.
Lead workshops to drive detailed business requirements elicitation, map business process, and capture business requirements and specifications (story boards, use cases); conduct technical analysis to support translation into technical requirements.
Represent the Corporate Information Security (CIS) department and successfully position themselves as a trusted advisor sought out by HSA business line staff for advice, guidance, and mentorship on Information Security issues.
In this role, you will escalate IT related issues to support organization to ensure service satisfaction and sustain operations. Manages the relationship and performance of IT vendors, deliverable, and contracts.
The business analyst identifies business problems and analyzes and documents business requirements for the supported business functions. He/she understands the customers business and manages the relationships with key customers.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and technologies used in the HSA business line, and the information security policy, standards, regulations, and controls that complement these processes and technologies.
In this position, you will assist in development, engineering and installation of Global physical security and emergency management systems along with strategy, standardization and structure through collaboration with site/facility managers, BIS, and Global Security personnel.
In this role, the selected candidate formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Develops an in-depth understanding of the business processes in their area(s) of assignment, and a general understanding of the GRP business.Takes initiative to identify and implement system and/or process improvements to support business objectives.
Responsible for instructing, directing, and checking the work of other business systems analysts. Plans and manages small and large projects to assure goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame.
Work closely with the Legal department as needed to assist with the contract review process, monitor legal and regulatory changes, and identify and correct legal gaps in security program coverage and business processes.
