In this role, you will act as a liaison with operations, including survey coordination, resale support when specifically approved by the Regional Vice President and sales training for operations management.
In this role, you will be responsible for determining profitability of programs, assisting in market planning, planning resource levels, maintenance and upkeep of project development and performance engineering systems, and developing productivity improvements for the team.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with the regional team and with store leadership to ensure high employee engagement and succession planning (including managing our Management Assessment Program, supporting development of management individual development plans, etc).
The Regional Sales Director will work closely with all departments, but specifically with the account management and CancerCARE departments, with which he/she will be coordinating sales activities, follow-up work, and ensure seamless client hand-off when appropriate.

The successful candidate will join an established team of experienced sales professionals in North America selling cloud based Software, SaaS and Business Consulting Services related to Emtec's core product, service and vertical offerings to both existing and prospective clients.
In this role, the successful candidate will develop new credit union clients through the use of a focused and measureable marketing plan; support and grow business by building stronger client relationships with the existing credit union clientele.
