The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of portfolio metrics, supplying data analysis, and working with key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence to clients.
In this role, you will provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters as they network, source and build a pipeline of candidates for positions ranging from Sr. Manager to front line staff with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire and consulting. The selected candidate will work with senior management to plan and execute the hiring strategy.
Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and utilize multiple recruiting sources to source and screen candidates through various channels (e.G., direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, etc.)
