The Manager Talent Acquisition Campus & Military directs the campus and military programs along with the activities of the campus and military recruiters. This person will be the hands-on manager of all aspects of the campus and military recruiting programs for internships and full time roles.
This position is also responsible for implementing and managing a renewed on boarding program. The level of work required is considered advanced and incumbent must be able to work under minimal supervision. This job has direct reports.

In this role, you will manage the strategy implementation for deepening & expanding candidate pools for missionaries in all patterns of service, with a particular focus on the Young Adults in Global Mission program.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop quarterly talent planning process with regions to understanding current internal slate as well as anticipated openings for future proactive hiring to get to 0 days to hire.
As the Recruiting Leader for our Chicago-based business, this role will be the recruiting partner with leadership in the market, lead and drive recruiting efforts, own any outsourcing relationships, and help develop and implement any recruiting process improvements.
