Meet with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies, evaluate and identify staffing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools, set expectations, and frequent ongoing communications to provide updates/status.
In this role, the selected candidate will be sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, professional organizations, etc.
Partner with Office of Inclusion, Strategic Initiatives and Banking Group HRBP teams to understand business strategy and people strategies to ensure relevant context and needs are understood when building Diversity Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, hire and move the very best people for the Banking Group and BMO overall.
Provide guidance to hiring manager relative to market salary data, organizational development opportunities (internal employees), and potential target pool of candidates, as well as which candidates on which to focus.
Work closely with your hiring managers to understand current and future people needs; you will also guide them through the entire recruiting process and some may actually mistake you for a member of their team.
Consults with stakeholders to understand the need for talent as well as stakeholder requirements, both proactively and in response to current openings Provides consulting to stakeholders regarding sourcing, screening and securing of talent Develops and executes recruitment strategies.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop strong business partnerships, provide policy and procedure interpretation, and serve as a consultant to hiring managers and department administrators on all recruiting-related activities to accomplish timely hiring objectives.
The role of the Recruiter is to assist the hiring managers in finding the best possible talent or their roles, and to serve as a partner to assure we are meeting business needs through the recruitment process.
