The primary purpose of this role is to support first line risk management through development and implementation of data analytic tools and reporting to drive simplified and reliable execution of control and oversight activities.
Experience working with AutoCAD and SolidWorks; ability to quickly adapt to new software packages; ability to keep multiple priorities in play simultaneously; ability to switch-gears frequently and stay organized.
The Process Engineer position is responsible for developing, optimizing and troubleshooting Injection Molding Systems; contribute to the development of specifications for the procurement of new injection molding machines and auxiliaries.
Process improvement and production support to Manufacturing Facilities through the company; responsible for improving manufacturing reliability, building employee capability, and creating operational stability.
You will work closely with Engineering Directors, Safety Health and Environmental Team, Quality Assurance, Research Development & Engineering and other cross functional groups, to ensure technical alignment for process engineering projects.
Supports manufacturing efficiencies through work flow, space and equipment requirements as well as testing methodologies; prepares and presents reports that summarize findings and provide trend analysis.
Provide input to the various factory sponsored cycle time and quality improvement teams.Identify corrective actions for factory related quality issues.Implement temporary and permanent changes to build procedures through documentation management.
