This position is responsible for administering, coordinating, and owning processes for functions of the Office of Corporate Secretary and Legal Division, including administering all aspects of parent and subsidiary governance, Board of Directors support and benefit administration, leading independent support for regulated mergers and acquisitions transactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily non-clinical operations of their assigned office including patient satisfaction, non-clinical team selection, performance, development and other business related functions.
The Controller will be responsible for the management of accounting and payroll functions of the company in addition to the oversight of daily business and office operations. The successful candidate will perform accounting processes that ensure internal controls, compliance of accounting principles, and a high degree of financial statement accuracy.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
Assist with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process for the ERM Program Office. Coordinate processes to effectively document and monitor new products and services risk decisions, and governance and maintenance of key risk policies.
