Serve as functional process owner for ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Monitoring & Event Management, and Service Continuity Management.

Collaborate with multiple project leads, Inventory Management/Planning, Merchandising, Distribution, Logistics, Omnichannel and Industrial Engineering to create weekly status reporting, and prevent resource conflicts between multiple projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled job.
In this role, you will provide 24 x 7 coverage on all Production and select non-Production hardware and software related issues including problem alerting, analysis, resolution, and follow up to ensure stable ongoing systems uptime.
Manage provider complaints and grievances jointly with internal staff as necessary. Ensure that all provider concerns are addressed in a timely and thorough manner as described in the provider manual and all policies and procedures.
Define, develop and execute R&D platforms & applications globally (U.S., Europe and China). Lead and direct technical and commercial activities for the Energy Networks PowerBlock with progress toward stated goals and objectives.
