In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for Plant maintenance including; PLC programming, CMMS, Spare Parts inventory, Predictable and Preventive maintenance in a Food manufacturing facility, Ammonia refrigeration, large commercial ovens, conveyor systems, troubleshooting and repair.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the safety of all employees is the first priority in all activities; lead a comprehensive safety education and training process as directed by the division safety coordinator to prevent injuries.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage program development and implementation, including human resources initiatives, benefits, compensation structures, training, career development, position and performance appraisal systems.
The Plant Manager has direct responsibility for the aggregate plant site including safety, environment, operations (surface and underground), performance, quality, human resources, plant image and community relations.
