In this role, you will maintain electronic and paper files, coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, make travel arrangements -Enter, proofread and finalize time, prepare and complete expense reports and reimbursements.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating purchase and sale transactions, loan transactions and development transactions; Assisting with the purchase, sale, sale/leaseback, and ground lease transactions for multi-state assets.
The paralegal will work with the attorneys and support them in handling commercial real estate closings from beginning to end, including ordering, reviewing and clearing title, preparing closing statements and documents, and handling closings and post-closing work.
